We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2019, at the age of 88, Charles L. Arceneaux Sr. (Lafayette, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Arceneaux and Edna Arceneaux; and his siblings, Lucille Arceneaux, Irma "Motsy" Gauthier, Richard Arceneaux, Donald Arceneaux, Pat Arceneaux, Edgar Arceneaux, Jr., Robert Arceneaux and Doris Begneaud.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Beadle; his children, William "Biff", Connie, Charles "Chuck" Arceneaux, Jr. (Tracy), Leah Arceneaux, Paul Arceneaux, Charles "Chaz" Arceneaux III, Courtney Arceneaux, Chanel Arceneaux, Bess Trahan Stephenson (Kyle) and Alexander Trahan; his great grandchildren, Alice and Andrew Stephenson; and his siblings, Aline Arceneaux, Edna "NaNa" Wheeler, Francis Arceneaux and Suzanne Ambler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in honor of Charles Arceneaux, to the Wounded Warrior Project at woundedwarriorproject.org/donate.
