It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Gayle Briggs of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Truesdell and Lorene Calhoun. She is survived by: her husband Sherwood "Woody" Briggs; and her stepson Kevin Leonard Briggs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.
