He is survived by: his wife Mary Chevalier; his brother Joseph Wilfred Chevalier (Nola); his daughters, Jovita Taty (Chris), Nympha Wooten (Andre) and Kira Chevalier Davis; his stepchildren, Clementine Joseph, Marilyn Joseph and Robert Alfred; his godchildren, Chilitta Thomas and Mary Ann Babineaux; his daughter-in-law Mona Chevalier; his nephew James Jim Chevalier (Jenella); his close friend Hogie Earth Angel; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by five grandchildren and twelve step grandchildren.
