She was predeceased by: her father Macy Lee Alvey, Jr.; her brother Macy Alvey; and her grandparents, Paul Boutin, Diana Fogg, John and Mary Anne Clutter Gregory.
She is survived by: her mother Maria Elizabeth Boutin Alvey of Scott; her husband Anthony Schexnayder of Lafayette; her son Daron Darnell Jordan, Jr. (Naomi Aymond) of Grand Coteau; her brothers, Thomas Alvey of Lafayette, Jonathan Alvey (Ayiana) of Lafayette and Benjamin Alvey of Mississippi; her aunt Paula Boutin of Lafayette; and her uncle John Boutin (Daphne) of Tazewell, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
