Patin; his grandchildren, Rachel Higginbotham (Shane), Andrea Degeyter (Monica), Lynette Degeytaire (Ryan), Lori Fontenot (Josh Gardemal), Kasey Patin-DeCuir (Brandon) and Sarah Meyer (Cody); his great grandchildren, Jamie Thibodeaux, Shane Higginbotham Jr., Chanse Higginbotham, Chase Higginbotham, Jace Smith, Haley Fontenot, Landon Degeytaire, Tre Naquin, Katie Naquin, Lola Fontenot, Addison Degeytaire, Alivia Patin, Kason Patin, Liam Gardemal and Kohen Meyer; his great great grandchildren, Levi Carter Smith and Allen-Francis Anthony "AJ" Johnson; and his close friend Nellie Arabie.
