He was predeceased by: his parents, Constant Barras Sr. and Gertrude Miguez. He is survived by: his sister Patsy Barras Ashy; and his sibling's children, Priscilla Boutin DeVille, Bonnie Boutin Abshire, Leroy Boutin Jr. (Rachel), Joseph Ashy III and Anthony Ashy (Stacey). He is also survived by 8 great-nieces & nephews, 2 great-great-nieces and 1 great-great-nephew.
