She was predeceased by: her husband Hoover Jacobs; her parents, Anthony Berard, Sr. and Lillian Gardner Berard; and her siblings, Willis Drake, Charles Ambrose, Anthony Berard, Sr., Dolores Ambrose and Rose Mary Alexander.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Thomas Jacobs (Paulette B.), Charlotte Ann Jacobs, Lillian Marie Jacobs and Debra Ann Alfred; her grandchildren, Aletha Sha Jacobs, Candice Greenhouse, Treston Jacobs, Sr., Ardenna Jacobs, Nicole Shantel Jacobs, Christopher Thomas Jacobs, Jr. and Shayla Alfred; and her great grandchildren, Elias Simon, Treston Jacobs, Jr., Alayha Jacobs and Maria Alvaraz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
