She is survived by: her siblings, Michel "Mike" Guidry (Jenny "Tee") of Parks and Deborah "Debbie" Guidry-Gauthier of Breaux Bridge; her siblings' children, Justin Guidry of Parks, Jacob P. Gauthier of Breaux Bridge and Michele G. Frederick (Doug) of Parks; her great-nephew Alec Frederick; her great-nieces, Anna and Avri Frederick; her aunt Faye G. Hebert; her son Jon Ayo (Markell); her granddaughters, Chloe and Caroline of Breaux Bridge; her child Dr. Ashley Ayo-Guy (Justin) of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Jax, Eli and Jay; and her sister-in-law Jenny.
