He is survived by: his children, Dalton Howard, Jr. (Emma), Lovie Howard (Ronald Griffin) and Betty Joseph (John Henry, Jr.); and his daughter-in-law Ella Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins an friends.
