She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley Derouen, Sr. and Geraldine L. Derouen; her grandparents, Selina, Howard Lewis, Azela Brooke and Jimmy Derouen; and her nieces, Karen Derouen and Tanya Wilson.
She is survived by: her son Marcus Taylor (Michelle); her siblings, Betty Wilson (James), Linda Derouen, Jimmy Derouen (Evadell), Dudley Derouen, Jr. (Romona), Michael Derouen (Leslie), Paul Derouen (Patty) and Albert Derouen; and her godson Murray Johnson. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Syrie Funeral Home from 8:00 a. m. until 10:00 a. m. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
