He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Lisa Howze; his brother Liness Guillory; and his parents-in-law, Theodore and Matilda Guillory Collins. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Collins-Guillory of Lafayette, LA; his sons, Theodore Guillory of Lafayette and Leonard Bellow of Lafayette; and his siblings, Sarah Pogel (Betty Dickerson), Jean Alfred of Los Angeles, CA, Milton Guillory of Whittier, CA and Michael Guillory (Alton Guillory) of Pineville, LA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild and many other relatives and friends.
