She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lee, Maude Lancaster, Frank and Evelyn Hencke; her uncle Bill Lancaster; and her cousin Wesley Lancaster.

She is survived by: her daughters, McKenzie and Reagan Culotta; her parents, Wayne Simon and Pauline Simon of Youngsville; her brother Patrick (Misty Hencke) of Carencro; and her nephew Lee Hencke. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
