Dwayne Vaughn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dwayne Vaughn of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Vaughn and Lena Vaughn; his siblings, Norman, Joyce and JoAnn; and his nephew Billy.

He is survived by: his wife Pam Hendrix; and his children, Mitzi, Dedra, Sonja, Amy, Russel and Troy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren plus extended family.

Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army or the Gary Sinise Foundation.
