He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia Bell Pate Manley; his parents, Charles Albert Manley, Sr. and Maggie Sue Wagnon Manley; and his siblings, John B. Manley, Charles Albert Manley, Jr. and Kathryn Manley.
He is survived by: his children, Earl T. Manley, Jr. (Dolores "Dee") of Lafayette, Randall E. Manley of Lafayette and Naomi J. Busey (Brad) of League City, TX. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous dear nieces, nephews, and friends.
