He is survived by: his son Edward Whetstone; his siblings, Linda Rowe (Willie), Henry Hawkins (Barbara) and Eric Hawkins (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Daniel Pinesette, Destiny Pinesette, Demyan Pinesette, Diamond Pinesette, Dashaun Pinsette and Juakhy Rhine Casimere; his siblings' children, Willie Rowe Jr. (Tracy), Marletta Rowe, Tammy Haynes, Eric, Devin, Jordan Hawkins, Dillon Hartman, Cynthia Morgan and Themesha Batiste; his great-nieces and great-nephews, DeShawn Haynes, Christopher Haynes, Andre, Tiffany, Kamdon Conley, Henry Hawkins Jr., Harold Moore, Diana, Willie III, Aliyah Rowe and Damien Morgan; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Hawkins, Lola Moore-Hawkins and Gloria Rowe-Wilson; and his friend Michael Winston. He is also survived by his brothers, nephews, son, and best friend.

Mr. Edward Hawkins received his reward of eternal rest on Thursday June 11th, 2020 at 8:08pm at Jennie Sealy Hospital after a long struggle with Covid 19.
