She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Obey; her parents, Ollie Montgomery and Celina Montgomery (Wiltz); her siblings, Orien (Elvie), Richard Sr. of Alger, Geneva (Adam), Herman and Warren Montgomery; her grandson Brittainous Obey; and her godson Lance Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosalyn Obey Rubin (Anthony) and Lakeisha Obey Cormier (Brandon); her grandchildren, Michael Rubin Jr., Paris Rubin, Jazmine Benjamin, Brandon Cormier Jr. and Aaliyah Cormier; her sisters-in-law, Virgie Montgomery, Joyce Obey, Lorena Montgomery and Reveline Montgomery; and her goddaughter Nina Montgomery. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be recited at 9:00 a. m. All those in attendance must wear masks or face coverings.
