With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eston Lee Joseph Hammer Sr. (Lafayette, Louisiana), who passed away on August 10, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Hammer Sr. and Lucille Breaux Hammer of Lafayette, LA.. He is survived by: his children, Anatole Timothy (Shelby), Eston Lee Joseph, Jr. (Chevanna), Kaissy Bernadette (Terrance Key) and Kerri Marie (Arthur Broussard); his brothers, Charley, Jr. (Alicestine), Herbert, Sr. (Barbara), James (Gayle) and Norman (Robbin); and his grandchildren, Eston Lee Joseph III, Khalil Mat, Amari James, Ariel Teresa, Alyssa Joy, Avery Michael and Morgan Gabriel.

A rosary will be recited at 12:15 p. m. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks and practice social distancing at the funeral home and church.
