She was predeceased by : her husband Robert "Bobby" Hanes; her parents, P. J. DeRouen and Enola DeRouen; her daughter Scherry Veron; her son-in-law Randy "Rock" Veron; her granddaughter Melissa Veron; and her siblings-in-law, Earline, Margarite Hanes, Jaywood Vincent and Murphy Hanes. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Ashley Breaux, Ski Veron (Paige), Kelly LeLeux (Marcus), Kevin Veron (Darla), Kristen Lavergne (Brock), Kory Womack (Dawn), Chantel Poche (Scotty), Seth Veron (Brandy), Sarah Veron and Jeau Boudreaux; her children, Joddy H. Womack (Jim), Taffy H. Veron (John "Bubba"), Angie H. Boudreaux (L. J.) and Ty Hanes; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Amber (Skyler), Emily Veron, Nicolas Hitter, Nadia, Brennin Veron, Jacey Angelle, Braxton Lavergne, Chance, Brayden, Alyse Womack, Beau, Cooper, Grant Breaux, Kenley, Jase Poche, Sawyer Veron, Hunter Blanton, Hayden Veron and Haleigh Gaspard; her brother Dan DeRouen (Verna); and her sister-in-law Dolly Vincent.
