With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ewelean Dunbar of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on March 26, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harold William Dunbar; and her parents, Ewel Breaux and Arthena Jeansonne Breaux. She is survived by: her sons, William L. Dunbar (Bobbie) and Don Dunbar (Marlene); her grandchildren, Amy D Pitre (Derrall) of Marksville, Don Dunbar, II (Kim) of St. Francisville and Jaime D. Thibodeaux (Nick) of Lafayette; and her great grandchildren, Derrall J. Pitre, III (Caitlyn) of Japan, Jared M. Pitre (Megan) of Marksville, Ethan J. Pitre of Marksville and Carlie J. Dunbar of St. Francisville.
