She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Felix and Lou Ella Thibodeaux; her daughter Ungelita Bonnet of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Kelsha Bonnet, Valencia Glover, Vontreal Clay, Javon Bonnet and Jaden Bonnet; her sisters, Anna Mae Bellaire, Ella Chevalier (Alfred), Albertha Thibodeaux and Elizabeth Comeaux; her pets, Chucky, Patches, Rambo and Summer; her husband Leonard Granger; her son Jason Bonnet; her pet Marley; her uncles, Robert Thibodeaux and Paul Felix; her aunt Edna Salvant; her siblings, John Henry Thibodeaux, Laura Bell Shelvin and Teletha Francis; her grandparents, Bertha Mitchell and Robert Thibodeaux; her brother-in-law Lloyd Belaire; her niece Amanda Malbreaux; her great-niece Kaysha Felix; her nephews, Garland Malbreaux and Oran Taylor; her great-nephews, Dwayne Batiste, Blake Sam and Jason Bellaire; and her godchildren, Monique Tezeno, Kenny Prejean and Lawrence Malbreaux. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She volunteered her neighborhood for the Victory Gardens in memory of Jillian Johnson called "Friends of the Garden", and assisted with grocery bags from Whole Foods and various other donations.
