She was predeceased by: her former husband William Miles; her parents, Huynh Diem and Do Thi Sash; and her siblings-in-law, Anna Mae, Audrey and Albert.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney "Poppy" Richard of Richard; her daughter Amanda Treadway (Kurt) of Richard; her sisters-in-law, Bea Frelich (Vincent) of Belle Chasse, LA, Lois Pelas of Richard, Elizabeth Twiner, Houma, Patricia Boudreaux (Carroll) of Belle Chasse and Jeanette Scheutz (Don) of Illinois; and her grandsons, Brennan Treadway (Jamie) and Caden Treadway (Jada). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to LOPA.
