He is survived by: his wife Lauren Cea Akers Haygood of Lafayette, LA; his children, William Darren Haygood (Brooke Baker Haygood) of Lake Mary, FL and Heather Noelle Haygood Penta of Louisville, KY; his stepchildren, Amanda Lee Hargett of Southgate, CA and Henry Hunter Hargett (Amber Lynne Federico); his grandchildren, Tanner Reed Castille of Lafayette, LA, Cole James Haygood, Chase Tyler Haygood of Lake Mary, FL, Ryder DiTomasso Penta of Louisville, KY, Alyssa Taylor Haygood, Lucy Harper Haygood of Lake Mary, FL and Harper Lynne Hargett of New Orleans, LA.; and his siblings, Ralph Haygood of Marietta, GA and Janice Haygood of Augusta, GA..
