We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2023 we had to say goodbye to James Orville Steen of Lafayette, Louisiana, born in Franklin, Louisiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Steen; his wife Claudia Holloway Steen; and his father James Pershing. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lynne Steen of Lafayette, Rachel Leigh Steen of Lafayette and James Jason Steen (Christina) of Mobile, AL; his grandchildren, Chase Steen DeLamar, Riley Lynne DeLamar, Grayson James Steen, Hector Cabrera, James Oliver Steen and Wyatt Nicholas Steen; his siblings, Susan Roan (Steve) and Glenn Steen (Amy); and his sister-in-law Sharon Steen.

In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Research Foundation in memory and honor of "Orville Steen/ Rachel Steen.".
