He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Albert Faulk (Lavenia Faulk) and Lavenia Elizabeth Tarver. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Murphy Faulk; his daughter Elizabeth Renee Scrantz (Blair); his grandchildren, Elly, Murphy and Henry; and his siblings, Bert Faulk (Tina), Ben Faulk, Beth F. Anders (Ronald) and Susan F. Mereby (Monzer). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Lafayette (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers (1011 Bertrand Dr, Lafayette, LA 70506).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests charitable donations be made to Hospice of Acadiana (https://hospiceacadiana.com) and The Boy Scout's Scout Service Center - Evangeline Area Council .
