She is survived by : her husband Joseph "Fuzzy" Chladek; her daughter Stacie Westbrooks Domec (David "Bubba" Thibodeaux) of Carencro; her stepchildren, Marty Larson (Wally) of Indiana, Lessa Brantingham (Scott) of Lafayette, Linda LaSalle (Phillip) of New Iberia, Kerri Ann Mitchell (David) of Picayune and Joseph Chladek IV of Slidell; her sister Velma Morace of Tennessee; her grandsons, Blake Domec (Ashley) of St. Rose and Landon Domec (Alaynie) of Tomball, Texas; her great grandchild Cooper Domec; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Lola Brasher of Jena. She is also survived by 11 step grandchildren.
