He was predeceased by : his father John William Weaver. He is survived by : his wife Claire Weaver of Lafayette; his children, Jolie Weaver Liu (David) of Charleston, SC and John Joseph Weaver (Phyllis) of Lafayette, LA; his mother Mary Weaver of Shreveport, LA; his brother Daniel Weaver (Miriam) of Lacombe, LA; and his grandchildren, John Michael Weaver, C. C. Liu, Evan Liu, Noah Weaver, Jolene Liu, Emma Weaver and Mary Weaver.
