He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude LeBlanc and Lena LeBlanc. He is survived by: his wife Canary Montgomery LeBlanc; his children, Johnny J. LeBlanc Jr. (Carrie), Angela R. LeBlanc (Randy Burleigh) and Andy P. LeBlanc (Kiesha); his grandchildren, Lexx, Brandon, Tyler, Xavier, Brittney, Jasmyn and Braelyn; his sister Mary J. LeBlanc; and his sibling's children, Rebecca, Melissa (Jason), Tanya (Byron), Wade (Sherri), Shawn (Misty) and Billy Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Louisiana Chapter.
