It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J Matthews of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Matthews and Angelina Mouton Matthews. He is survived by: his brothers, Johnny Matthews (Dora) and Tommy Matthews; and his children, Kendra Matthews, Jamie Ledet, Necal Ledet, Travis Matthews and Ronnie Ledet. He is also survived by (step son); and 8 grandchildren.
No repast will be held due to COVID Pandemic Due to COVID- All in attendance will be required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
