He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Simoneaux Rousseau; and his sister Claire Rousseau McAnelly. He is survived by: his children, Susan R. O'Connell (Mark), Sally R. Ackal (Mitch), J. Rousseau (Kay) and James; and his grandchildren, Rebecca O. Franco, Danial O'Connell, Mitch A. Ackal, III, Melissa A. Rubin, Caroline A. Sholl, Ackal, Katie R. Jeans, Julie A. Rousseau, J. Rousseau, Sally L. Rousseau and Dustin J. Rousseau. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
