He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene Begley, Sr. and Ethel Estelle Begley; and his sister Leigh Begley Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Laughlin Begley; his siblings, Douglas A. Begley (Patricia) and Sherry Begley Dengel (Dan); his son Michael K. Begley; and his stepsons, James Bertrand and Shannon Bertrand. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
He became a fixture at the oilfield charity bass tournaments and actually picked up a check or two along the way.
