He is survived by: his children, Toniqua B. Hightower (Jason) and Jacoby T. Gabriel; his grandchildren, Josh and Donna Grace Trosclair; his siblings, Sheryn of Lafayette, LA, Clara Morrison of Lafayette, LA, Sandra Broussard of Baton Rouge, LA, John Damon Broussard of Lafayette, LA and Betty Jo James of Lafayette, LA; his aunts, Anna Batiste, Barbara Cooper, Audrey Clay, Anna Young and Mona Mel Babineaux; and his sisters-in-law, Janice C. Broussard and Karen P. Broussard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
