She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Batiste; and her parents, Almo Mercier and Gustavia Lawrence Mercier. She is survived by: her son Darian Mercier, Sr.; her grandchildren, Mya Mercier and Darian Mercier, Jr.; and her siblings, Leanna Frank, Deborah Lawrence and Donald Joseph Mercier of Lafayette, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 9, 2021 at Syrie Funeral Home from 8:30 a. m. until 10:30 a. m. All attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
