She is survived by: her father Joseph "Fuzzy" Chladek, Jr. of Lafayette; her siblings, Linda Lassalle (Phillip) of New Iberia, Kerri Mitchell, Joseph Chladek III and Myrth Larson; her sisters-in-law, Selena Lueck (Joel) of Iowa and Sharon Brantingham of Iowa; her mother-in-law Juleen Brantingham of Iowa; and her godsons, Edwin Stanford and Joseph Duplican. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
