She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Howard and Dalton Howard; her siblings, John Raymond Howard and Mary Howard; her nephew Damon Joseph; and her aunts and uncles, Adele Gotch, Ella Brooks, Enola Phillips, John, Raymond and Wilbert Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Sharonda King (Wayne), LaShonda Charles (Joseph), Ronald Griffin Jr., Donald Ray Griffin (Marica) and Donna Faye Greene (Gerard); her grandchildren, Niasha, Dontrez, DaQuaylon, Treylon, Jaylon, DreShawn, Frederick IV, Kai, Rontaven, Donvontez, Jaylee, J'Laya and Heavenly; her great grandchildren, Dacyion and A'myra; her siblings, Betty Joseph and Dalton Howard (Emma); her sister-in-law Ella Howard; her aunt Margaret Arceneaux; her former husband Ronald Griffin Sr.; and her close friends, Martha Joseph, Debra Mitchell, Brenda Christian and Evonna Provost. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Syrie Funeral Home from 8:30 a. m. until 10:30 a. m. All those in attendance must wear masks or face coverings.
