He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Guedry and Dorothy Cary Guedry; and his grandparents, Walter B. Cary, Martha Rowden Cary, Fitzhugh Lee Guedry and Catherine Macdonald Guedry.
He is survived by: his wife Romona "Mona" Guedry of Lafayette; his children, Megan Guedry of Lafayette, April Degeytair of Lafayette, Toby Degeytair of Lafayette and Aaron Degeytair of Lafayette; his sisters, Donna Guedry Ledet (Robert), Deborah Guedry Alleman and Catherine Guedry Louviere (Al); and his grandchildren, Victoria Degeytair, Ross Degeytair, Brock Degeytair, Kennedy Guedry, Aaron Degeytair, Matthew Guedry, Lucas Degeytair, Sophie Fontenot, Ava Fontenot and Havyn Porter. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and friends.
