It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Sabel Waters of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Sabel and Mary Baril; her husband Brenner S. E. Waters; and her brother Tom Burns. She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Waters (David Moser) and Amy Waters (Timothy Wilkerson); her grandchildren, Margaret Gentile and Matthew Gentile; and her siblings, Caroline Bankston, Mary Ellen Harper, Lettie White and Charles Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and grandnieces & nephews.
