He was predeceased by: his parent Palmyra Mugnier; his former wife Sonja Anna Andreassen; his spouse Sandy Austin Mugnier; his father Alphonse Mugnier; and his sister Charlotte Mugnier.
He is survived by: his children, Andrea Mugnier of Reno, NV, Paul Mugnier of San Francisco, CA, Nicole Mugnier Brunson of Conroe, TX and Jon Mugnier of Lafayette; and his stepchildren, Victoria Austin, Elizabeth Austin Eppler and Stephen Austin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, social distancing will be maintained throughout the visitation, funeral service and interment.
