It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Angeline DeBlanc Gedward of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David DeBlanc and Agnes Amy; her husband Leroy Joseph Gedward; her sister Ella Bernard; and her nephews, Clagis and Martin Bernard.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Gedward of Lafayette, Leroy Gedward (Ronda Francis-Gedward) of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Pauletta Gedward of Lafayette, Loretta Gedward-North (Basil) of Lee's Summit and Angela Gedward of Stone Mountain, Georgia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
All attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
