He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Yunce" and Louise Thibeaux Fiest; his brother Jerry Fils; his grandparents, Adolph, Euphamie Trahan Thibeaux, Issac and Ella Asson Fiest; and his brothers-in-law, Johnny Shelvin and John Wiltz.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sellers Fiest; his daughters, Alleris Alexandra and Jenna Michelle Fiest; his siblings, Shelton Fiest (Gloria) of St. Martinville, LA, Ronnie Fils (Cheryl) of Lithonia, GA, Allen Fiest (Shelia) of Maurice, LA, Richard Fiest (Jackie) of Lafayette, LA, Julia Ann Sonnier (Eugenne Sr.) of Duson, LA, Carol Chaisson (Darrel) of Duson, LA, Mary Shelvin (Johnny-Deceased) of Maurice, LA and Mildred Wiltz (John-Deceased) of Lafayette, LA; and his godsons, Christopher Fiest, Josh Wiltz and Travis Sonnier.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
