He is survived by: his children, Michael Jermaine Moffett, Jr. of Lafayette, LA and Nylar Breaux of Lafayette, LA; the mother of his children Sherry Breaux of Lafayette, LA; his parents, Dora Christiana Moffett (Leroy) and Joseph Payne (Pam) of New Orleans, LA; his brothers, Christopher Moffett, Sr. (Chanda) of Lafayette, LA and Joseph Carey of New Orleans, LA; his grandmother Rosie Jones of Lafayette, LA; his great-grandparent Viola Graham of Beaumont, TX.; and his friend Including (Shanta George) of Lafayette, LA.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Syrie Funeral Home from 9:00 a. m. until 11:00 a. m. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
