He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Singleton (Mouton) and Noah Singleton (Noe); his siblings, Lula Bernard (Singleton), Viola Williams (Singleton), Alfredia Durousseau (Singleton), Hilda La Chapelle (Singleton), Herman Singleton and Percy Singleton; his grandchildren, Domonique Terrell Pue and Ma'Kenzie Angel Singleton; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Ryan Singleton, Joshua Paul Singleton and Jonah Ryan Singleton.

He is survived by: his children, Francis Singleton (Dinese) of Baton Rouge, LA, Cora Singleton of Lafayette, LA, Cathy Matthews (Harold) of Lafayette, LA, Cindy Crossley (Charles) of Lafayette, LA, Michael Singleton of Lafayette, LA, Betty Singleton of Pearland, TX, Danette Hillman (Hernando) of Lafayette, LA and Kenneth Singleton (Lydia Jones) of Lafayette, LA.; and his wife Juanita Catalon Singleton. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
