Hebert; his children, Alicia Toups (Marcus Andrus) and Shawn Ellison (Jewel); his grandchildren, Bobby, Marcel, Tiffany, Mike, Kayla, Garett (Madeline) and Roper (Chesney); and his sister Peggy Romero (Patrick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
