He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Ann Folse and Hubert Savoy; his brother Russell Dale "Rusty" Folse; and his uncle William J. Folse. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Marie Folse of Lafayette; his siblings, Marie Folse of Lafayette, Karen Rester of Lafayette, Cheryl Adams of Lafayette and Kevin Folse of Lafayette; and his goddaughters, Dawn Curtis and Darla Folse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and many dear comrades and friends.
