He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Buell Cook and Claudia Griggs Cook. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Foster Cook of Lafayette; his children, Bryan Cook (Suzanne) of Fulshear, TX, Julie Rogers (Steve) of Ruston, LA and Susan Stephens (Gray) of Monroe, LA; his stepchildren, Stephen E. Stansbury (Angela) of Haines City, FL and Karinda Lynne Stansbury of Lafayette; his brothers, Billy Cook (Hattie "Chinky") of Florien, LA and Bobby Cook (Julianne) of Pineville, LA; and the mother of his children Sandra Belaire of Ruston, LA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one cousin, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
