It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Voetsch Eddy (Lafayette, Louisiana), who passed away on November 5, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Kyle Eddy, Jr.; and her parents, Charles Otto Voetsch and Aletha Johnson Voetsch. She is survived by: her daughter Katherine Elizabeth Eddy Chassee (Dan); her stepson Samuel Kyle Eddy, III; her grandsons, Garrett Chassee and James Chassee; her stepgrandchildren, Angie Feemster, David Eddy and Michael Eddy; her great grandchild Evan James Chassee; and her brother Robert Otto Voetsch.
