He is survived by: his wife Joy Warren of Lafayette; his children, Christian Dale Warren (Destiny), Scott Warren (Misti), Melissa Joy Warren and Angela Perry (Bill); and his siblings, Dana Gee (Wendy), Pat Foster and Teresa Martin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
