She was predeceased by: her husband William Dunbar Groves, Sr.; her parents, Sophie Coniglio Campo and Nicholas Joseph Campo, Sr.; her stepmother Josephine Caserta Campo; her grandparents, Pauline Reina Coniglio and Luciano Coniglio; her daughter-in-law Dodi Barron Groves; her great grandchild Anna Grace Jordan; and her brother Frank Joseph Campo, Sr. (Jean).
She is survived by: her aunts, Katie and Josephine; her children, William D. Groves, Jr. (Anne), Bryan S. Groves of Lafayette, LA, Barbara (Joseph) and J. Cefalu, Jr. (Briana) of Baton Rouge, LA; her grandchildren, Brent M. Coleman, Natalie C. Gonzalez, Lauren M. Coleman, William L. Groves, Joseph J. Cefalu, III, Leslie C. Godeaux, Stephanie C. Jordan, Ava G. Groves, Tanya C. Pritchard and Jolynn C. Sloane; and her siblings, Phyllis Campo-Giuffre, Constance C. Parke (Michael) and Dr. Nicholas J. Campo, Jr. (Mary). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
