It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tyler James Porter (Lafayette, Louisiana), who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barbara Porter, Daisy Noel Thibodeaux and Calvin Noel Sr.; and his aunts and uncles, Lita Noel, Lillian Gordon, LouVersa Baltazar, Carlton and Hilton Noel.

He is survived by: his parents, Monica Porter and Alvin Noel; his daughter Brylee Porter; his close friend Megan Elaire; his brother Alvin Noel Jr. (Tanya); his grandfather Whitney Porter; and his aunts and uncles, Felicia, Machelle Porter, Wanda Johnson (Michael) of Lafayette, LA, Emma Noel (Herbert) of Arnaudville, LA, Whitney Porter (Stacy) and Calvin Noel Jr. (Lovenia) of Lafayette, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
