She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Laura Mae Chavanne Miller; her son Bill; her daughter-in-law Heather Finley; her daughter Virginia "Ginger" Finley; her grandsons, Tommy Harmon Jr. and Jason (Meredith Harmon); her great grandchild Luke Harmon; her brother Joseph T. Miller; her brother-in-law Gail Nordyke (Rose); her husband William P Finley, Jr.; her father Franklin Miller; her siblings, Franklin Miller (Bumpy), Robert Miller (Mary Jean), Leon Miller (Peggy), Mabel Eagle (Joe), Betty Nordyke and Kate Jaynes (John); and her sister-in-law Mary Joyce "Meredith" Miller. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and their children.

Ginny's final time was peaceful but lacked the presence of family and friends, a direct consequence of the COVID-19 virus.
