It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian S. McCormick of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman E. Ballard Sr. and Vivian Perkins; her husband Robert S. McCormick Jr.; and her sister-in-law Joyce Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Robert S. McCormick III, Susan E. Daniels (Patrick) and Lola A. Johnson (Derrick); her grandsons, Christopher A. Daniels (Mollie), Maj James C. McCormick, Wesley R. Johnson and Hayden C. Johnson; her great grandchildren, Kate E. Daniels, Liam R. McCormick and Conor T. McCormick; and her siblings, Agatha B. Barretine (George), Truman E. Ballard Jr. (Jeannette) and Gregory A. Ballard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or any leukemia foundations.
